These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Alchemy Chamber website and its associated content, The Map, Hypnotic Journeys, guided meditations, hypnosis experiences, classes, events, community spaces, digital products, recordings, writings, artwork, and other offerings (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. THE ALCHEMY CHAMBER
The Alchemy Chamber is a creative and educational platform offering experiences relating to subjects that may include astrology, astrocartography, creativity, consciousness, meditation, hypnosis, relationships, personal exploration, spirituality, art, and related subjects.
The Services are intended to encourage exploration and reflection.
They are not intended to prescribe how any person should live or guarantee particular outcomes.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years old to independently submit personal information through interactive portions of the Services.
If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, use of paid Services or participation in activities requiring contractual consent must occur with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
Certain offerings may have additional age requirements.
3. EDUCATIONAL, CREATIVE AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES
Content provided through The Alchemy Chamber is offered for educational, informational, artistic, spiritual, entertainment, and self-exploration purposes.
Nothing provided through the Services constitutes medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, financial, investment, or other licensed professional advice.
The Alchemy Chamber does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical or mental-health conditions.
Use appropriately qualified professionals for individualized professional advice.
4. ASTROLOGY AND THE MAP
The Map and other astrology or astrocartography content are tools for education, entertainment, reflection, and personal exploration.
Astrology and astrocartography are interpretive practices and should not be understood as scientifically established methods for predicting outcomes or guaranteeing experiences.
The Map does not guarantee that:
- moving to a particular location will produce a particular result;
- a relationship will occur or succeed;
- financial or career outcomes will occur;
- an event will happen;
- a location will be safe or appropriate for you; or
- any interpretation will apply to your individual circumstances.
You remain responsible for decisions concerning travel, relocation, finances, relationships, employment, health, safety, immigration, property, and other significant life matters.
Always independently research practical considerations such as travel advisories, laws, visas, healthcare, cost of living, weather, political conditions, and personal safety before making travel or relocation decisions.
5. HYPNOSIS, MEDITATION AND RELATED EXPERIENCES
Hypnotic Journeys, guided meditations, subliminals, visualization exercises, breathwork, and similar experiences are provided for personal exploration, relaxation, creativity, and educational purposes.
Individual responses vary.
No particular emotional, psychological, spiritual, behavioral, physical, relationship, financial, or other outcome is promised or guaranteed.
Do not listen to or participate in hypnosis, meditation, visualization, breathwork, or similar experiences while driving, operating machinery, performing hazardous activities, or in circumstances requiring your full attention.
Use these experiences only where it is reasonably safe for you to relax and redirect your attention.
Stop an experience if you become significantly uncomfortable, distressed, disoriented, physically unwell, or otherwise believe continuing is inappropriate.
These experiences are not substitutes for professional medical or mental-health care.
If you have concerns regarding whether these practices are appropriate for your individual circumstances, consult an appropriately qualified professional.
6. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
You are responsible for determining whether and how to use information and experiences provided through The Alchemy Chamber.
Personal-development, contemplative, spiritual, creative, relationship, meditation, hypnosis, travel, and similar experiences can affect individuals differently.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with your participation and remain responsible for your decisions, actions, and wellbeing.
Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. NO GUARANTEES
The Alchemy Chamber does not guarantee:
- personal transformation;
- manifestation of desired outcomes;
- romantic relationships;
- reconciliation;
- Divine Union;
- financial results;
- career results;
- healing;
- altered states;
- spiritual experiences;
- travel outcomes;
- creative success;
- business success; or
- any other particular outcome.
Testimonials, stories, examples, or descriptions of individual experiences do not guarantee equivalent results.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services may include proprietary or copyrighted:
- written content;
- original astrology interpretations;
- Map presentation and original content;
- software and source code;
- interfaces;
- graphics;
- artwork;
- photography;
- designs;
- branding;
- audio recordings;
- Hypnotic Journeys;
- guided meditations;
- videos;
- classes;
- class recordings;
- downloadable materials;
- written frameworks; and
- other original creative works.
Except where otherwise stated or where rights belong to a third party, these materials are owned by or licensed to The Alchemy Chamber and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Access to the Services does not transfer ownership of intellectual property to you.
9. LIMITED PERSONAL LICENSE
When you lawfully access or purchase content, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use that content for personal use subject to these Terms.
Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not:
- copy or reproduce substantial portions of the Services;
- redistribute purchased content;
- upload paid materials to file-sharing services;
- resell or sublicense content;
- commercially exploit content;
- publish class recordings or audio files;
- create unauthorized derivative commercial products from proprietary materials;
- scrape the Services;
- systematically extract Map interpretations or databases;
- use automated systems to harvest content;
- circumvent access restrictions;
- attempt unauthorized access to protected systems or source code;
- falsely represent our materials as your own; or
- use proprietary materials to train, populate, or build a competing commercial product or dataset except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Ordinary sharing of links to publicly accessible pages is permitted.
10. THE MAP
The Map is provided for individual personal use.
You may use your generated results for your own exploration.
You may not systematically copy, scrape, reproduce, extract, republish, sell, license, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit proprietary Map content, interpretations, interfaces, datasets, or software except where expressly permitted by law or authorized in writing.
Underlying astronomical, geographic, mathematical, or other facts that are not protectable intellectual property are not claimed as proprietary merely because they appear within the Services.
11. COMMUNITY
Community spaces associated with The Alchemy Chamber are intended to support respectful exploration and conversation.
Participants may not use community spaces to harass or threaten others, impersonate others, engage in unlawful conduct, distribute malicious software, spam participants, violate another person's rights, or materially disrupt the community.
We may moderate, restrict, suspend, or remove access where reasonably necessary to protect participants or the Services.
Community participation does not create a therapeutic, fiduciary, confidential, professional, or advisory relationship with The Alchemy Chamber.
Use discretion when sharing personal information with other participants.
12. LIVE CLASSES AND EVENTS
Live classes and events may be subject to additional terms communicated at registration.
Certain classes or events may be recorded.
Where an interactive event will be recorded, participants will be informed as appropriate.
Unless expressly permitted, participants may not independently record, reproduce, distribute, livestream, or commercially exploit classes or events.
13. PURCHASES
Paid products and experiences may be offered through third-party commerce and payment providers, which may include Payhip and Stripe.
Additional terms imposed by those providers may apply.
Prices, descriptions, availability, and included materials will be displayed at or before purchase.
You agree to provide accurate information necessary to process legitimate transactions.
14. REFUNDS
Refund eligibility, where applicable, will be stated at the point of sale or through the platform processing the transaction.
Because certain offerings may consist of immediately accessible digital content, recordings, downloads, or other digital goods, purchases may be non-refundable after access or delivery to the extent permitted by applicable law and where appropriately disclosed before purchase.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Services may integrate with or link to independent third-party services.
The Alchemy Chamber does not control and is not responsible for the separate content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices of independent third parties.
16. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Services may be changed, suspended, updated, restricted, or discontinued for legitimate technical, maintenance, security, legal, or business reasons.
17. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
THE ALCHEMY CHAMBER DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR SUITABLE FOR EVERY INDIVIDUAL.
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE ALCHEMY CHAMBER AND ITS OWNER, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO A PAID SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY THE USER TO THE ALCHEMY CHAMBER FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
FOR FREE SERVICES, AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED US$100 TO THE EXTENT SUCH LIMITATION IS PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited by law.
19. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Alchemy Chamber and its owner, representatives, contractors, and affiliates from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, material violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
This provision does not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable consumer law.
20. TERMINATION
We may restrict or terminate access where a user materially violates these Terms, engages in unlawful activity, threatens the security of the Services, infringes intellectual-property rights, or seriously disrupts community experiences.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive as permitted by law.
21. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
Subject to applicable mandatory law, disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida.
22. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms as the Services evolve or where necessary for legal, regulatory, security, or operational reasons.
The current version will be posted with its updated date.
Where legally required, additional notice or consent will be provided.
23. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
24. NO WAIVER
Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with applicable purchase terms, policies, and expressly incorporated notices, constitute the agreement governing use of the Services concerning their subject matter.
